Cake curse 😔 I didn't even think I overfilled the pans lol, lmao

The cake was fine! The frosting tastes a little too much like powdered sugar and the cake is both dense and crumbly but it's overall good. Would recommend if you like chocolate and hazelnut flavors. Also look how nice my frosting looked, please clap.

I hadn't heard of melting moments before and thought a cookie with no eggs and a ton of corn starch was weird, but they're pretty tasty! The cookies are drier like shortbread, but have a nice crumbly texture in your mouth. I opted to add more lemon juice instead of using zest and really needed a lot to get a lemon flavor.

NOTES:

Bake the cakes for only about 23min in 6" pans

Bake the cookies for about 12min if you're making them smaller (mine were about half the size of the recipe, I think smaller sandwich cookies are cute)

Chocolate Sandwich Nutella Cake

These are the Desserts I tried and they are from top to bottom - Lavender Truffle Ball, Peanut Butter Cake, Bergamot Tart with Cheese Frosting, Red Velvet Cake, Nutella Cake and Cherry Marshmallow with Passion Ganache. On my plate, I also had the Cheese Cake, Chocolate Ganache Cake and Ondeh Ondeh – green balls of rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut.
