Lil Yatchy - Nuthin’ 2 Prove | ALBUM REVIEW
Yatchy does a okay job on this album for the first half before it slightly starts to dip and turn stale.
It makes sense for Yatchy to drop an album stating he has nothing to prove, as people online are started to say he’s falling off. However the guy is an icon and somewhat of a pioneer so much like the opener of the album, you gotta give him his respect.
Speaking of the opener, Yatchy could have done so much better spitting on that particularly subject, especially since he started the album off this way. The song sounded fire, but also extremely lazy.
Beyond that, Yatchy speaks on a few things like girls and how he’s on job. It doesn’t really go much further.
It’s good to see that Yatchy’s not taking any shit and is doing whatever he wants. At the same time it doesn’t make this album that much better. The way it finishes on the final track is awkward, especially since it sounded like it would be a good project from the beginning.
This one is probably just for the fans
