2012 vs 2018 . Quand j'ai commencé à m'entraîner (musculation) j'avais pour objectif de gagner en masse musculaire. Je voulais principalement développer mes biceps car ils étaient assez fin. 🧐 . J'ai fini par prendre légèrement de la masse au niveau des biceps (et triceps?) Et j'ai pris cette photo (2012). Un de mes amis m'a dit: "et tes épaules". J'ai compris qu'il fallait que je travaille l'ensemble pour être "uniforme". Merci à lui 🙌🏼 . Back to the source. 🧒🏽 . Since 2018, I changed my way of working out. I switched to street workout, which to me is a physical activity that isn’t just about aesthetic and developing muscles. 🦍 . I recently tried to switch back to my old way of working out (bodybuilding, weightlifting,...) and I came to realize that I was lifting a lot more in weight that I did before (I’m definitely not talking about 35lbs😂). .
