AHH, hello, my friend! thank you for the ask :D this is honestly a really interesting question, in my opinion, because although i don't think that anastasiy would consider himself to be narrow-minded or spiteful... ana does kind of have a problem with holding grudges against people if i'm being honest. and this can be over small things because, as i discussed in the ask for a moral that he no longer believes in from his childhood, forgiveness is now something that tends to be earned rather than just given with him.
and even once anastasiy has forgiven you, it may not seem like it due to the fact that he may bring it up one day around this person who has wronged him in some way, as if he hasn't let it go. plus, if you all are having an argument over something anddd he needs some sort of artillery to hold over you? yeah 😅 that thing may or may not be brought up during the conversation even if things have been resolved between you two. this isn't to say that it happens all the time, of course, but if you in particular hurt anastasiy's feelings with your actions... i think that this in particular triggers ana to have difficulty with 'letting go' of this event in question.
also, when angered, i don't know if this counts as petty but his emotions tend to get the better of him + ana may also have a slighttt issue with being clingy around people that he likes so he gets into this really bad habit of only wanting certain things or certain people to himself. so, it's not like he's feeling jealous exactly, but he tends to get attached to people really quickly once he has built up trust with them and allowed them into his life. and whenever anastasiy does this, he isn't the best at communicating sometimes that when he's made someone else a priority in his life, that he also expects them to treat him like a priority. so that could create some potential problems within relationships for him. because if ana isn't treated the same way... then he may become moody + doesn't feel like he's being appreciated.
so, i suppose if that's something you may also view as petty, then those are two things that could equate to him being seen as swinging a little bit that way. but generally, anastasiy is probably one of the nicest OC's i have rn and i find that kind of ironic because he's also a KILLER (JSJSJ) but i'll say it before and i'll say it again: i truly do believe that he's a good person at heart, and this really hits the point home i made about him not being able to deal with the guilt that came with him killing people to the point where he developed psychotic depression. and therefore, his mind just pretty much broke from it all. so yeah,, i have a lot of feelings about this guy, NGL, but that's something i'll talk about another time 😔
