(Cassie muse) weekend at daddy's

Cassie sat excitedly on her front steps waiting for her dad to come get her, it was the first time in a long time she'd get to spend an entire weekend with her dad! Cassie was so excited so when she saw the car she stood up and waved "Daddy!!"

As soon as her father closed the door on her and Scott, she decked him in the jaw. “Ask for a kiss next time you want one.”

Jarvis was nervous when Howard had told him he had invented a time machine. He realized that the inventor would ask him to go to the future and even before the man asked, he offered to be the “victim” and be sent to the future.

So there he was, standing in front of the time machine with Howard Stark standing next to him and Agent Carter looking at the two of them. He got into the machine and after a soft smile at the two of them, Howard closed the door and sent him to 2015.

He was told that he’d arrive in one of Stark’s buildings with Tony Stark waiting for him, but once he got out of the machine, he found himself in an empty field with nobody close to him. He looked around, confused, thinking that it hadn’t worked, that he had simply ended up in some other place rather than the future.

He walked towards the road he could see, hoping that someone would be able to take him back to Stark Tower.
