Catered a vegan 50th birthday dinner in Brooklyn. I brought my supplies and made setup in the kitchen. I did a vegan three course meal for a party of 12 pleased birthday goers. There isn't a challenge that I don't jump at accepting. And, this was certainly a pleasure to do. You'll be seeing a host of more images like this as we prepare to relaunch in the city.
