My friend Zach ran the NYC Marathon in memory of his classmate Omer.
Omer body was only recently returned to his family, finally giving them the chance to say goodbye.
Watching him run was emotional, not just because of the marathon itself, but because of what it represented.
Running for a life taken too soon. Running to remind the world why we can’t forget.
Well done, Zach. I know Omer would be proud of you.
