 I got into women’s soccer after the women’s World Cup. I live in the US so naturally, that would mean that I would get into the NWSL. I even went to a game that happened near me. It was a good game, and it was really fun to be at the stadium with my family. But, I was a little disappointed with the gameplay compared to my experience watching the World Cup. I’ve since watched recaps of other NWSL games on YouTube. They’re pretty OK.
HOWEVER, what is phenomenal and brilliant? Chelsea women’s football club. I’m obsessed with them. They are the best around. I’m also watching games between Mexican, Colombian, and Spanish women’s football clubs. Those games are outstanding. They’re faster and cleverer.
The US and the NWSL simply isn’t capturing my attention in the same way that many international football clubs like Chelsea and Real Madrid are right now.
We will def need a “bitch” at the Olympics and we won’t have Kelley.
