NYU Alum: Alec Baldwin

Alec Baldwin, you can see him on SNL making fun of the president, on re-runs of 30 Rock, and more. You know where else you can see him? Walking down University Place! Even though he graduated from NYU all the way back in ‘93, he’s stayed a familiar face on campus. He has spoken at our Yankee Stadium graduation commencement (in 2010), and he even donated a million dollars to Tisch once!

NYU Local has a great interview with him from 2010 before his commencement speech. He lived in Rubin, absolutely loved New York, and he would apparently love to teach a class for director on how to direct actors. Find it here.

How My NYULocal Piece On Boehner Converted Someone

A comment on 'Meet Rep. John Boehner, The Man Who Got Screwed By The Fiscal Cliff':

Dear Congressman Boehner,

I am a retired CPA, and I consider myself an independent voter.

It seems to me the party that you lead in Congress is very regressive and not willing to compromise the the President.

Even though I have voted for many Republicans during the last 20 years, you are forcing me to consider my independence and vote for Democrats as they seem to be more reasonable and centerist.
