Nyx frowned as she realized how creepy she must appear and shook her head, lowering her gaze and freezing up slightly. "I-I'm so sorry... I guess i'm still fascinated with the fact there are others with.. different abilities..." she muttered before rushing to get past him

The teen kept his brow raised, arms crossing behind his head as he listened to her brief explanation, a small smile soon crossing his features, but disappearing just as quick as it came when she began to move past him. “Whoa, hey now! What’s the rush? I’m not offended or anything." And why would he be? It’s not like she was looking at him with scorn, but more like curiosity in his opinion. “Are you new here? I am too—or well, sorta. Name’s Scott."

Nyx looked at the stranger in slight awe. She had been on her way to lunch but had obviously lost her way being so new and losing her map. Why did everyone seem so.. cool, here?
