Fourth empty in November is the #nyxfillandfluff , I have decided that I won't be purchasing any more brow pencils. I really like a lightly filled brow with some brow gel. I have been using this in my brows and on my moles, I like it but its quite waxy. #projectpan #projectpanupdate soo I'd like to say that 1 I'm not the person to be panning shadows and 2 the palette is quite old and the formula has been changing, becoming more dry and such so im removing it from the project.
