only a select few are allowed to call o’malley by his first name. the list is currently Tau, Craig, and Korper. anyone else gets a cold stare or a punch in the gut. even if he knows the person he’s punching might punch back harder. such as teddy. 

teddy, being the ass he is, will definitely say his name when he finds out, and o’malley’s reaction is so swift and angry. teddy barely moves when it happens. he laughs at him and playfully punches back, but he forgets that o’malley’s human and the poor guy’s on the floor... teddy’s laughing harder now. o’malley is infuriated that teddy isn’t as fragile as he looks because if he was, he’d snap him like a twig
