I started playing alpha sapphire again and I hadn't been on in forever, so I assumed my old acquaintances had long since forgotten about me. Well I was just going about my business when one of them sent me a hatch power! It was pretty exciting bc it was one of my Japanese acquaintances, who I can only communicate with via O Powers. Just nice that she remembered me :)

Guide to O Powers

O Powers are a temporary (3 minutes) bonus effect that can be found at the top, center icon, in the Player Search System. O Powers can be shared with other players, and if a player is using an O Power, their icon will appear to have a glowing ring. 

O Powers are obtained from Mr. Bonding at various locations around the Kalos region. O-Powers can be upgraded by frequent usage. After 15 uses of a Level 1 O-Power, it will be upgraded to Level 2, and after 30 uses of a Level 2 O-Power, it will be upgraded to Level 3. Each level after the previous one will provide a more significant effect but cost more energy to activate. 

Using an O-Power costs energy, which is measured by a gauge filled with several circles. At the lowest rate of O-Power regeneration, it takes 4 minutes to fill an entire circle. The O-Power meter regenerates more quickly based on the number of steps counted for the current day on the user's 3DS. The user does not need to have the game running while they accumulate steps on their 3DS. This bonus can be seen as a number next to the clock by the energy gauge. Because the step counter resets at midnight, this regeneration bonus also resets at midnight. The thresholds are as follows:

Regeneration rate 0-2000 steps 1× regeneration rate 2001-3000 steps 2× regeneration rate 3001-4000 steps 3× regeneration rate 4001+ steps 4× regeneration rate

Capture Power Default Increases the chance to catch Pokemon.

Exp. Point Power Anistar City Pokemon Center Increases the Exp. Points gained from battles by 1.2x(Lv.1) - 1.5x(Lv.2) - 2x(Lv.3)

Encounter Power Laverre City Pokemon Center Increases the chances of encountering wild Pokemon.

Stealth Power Hotel in Couriway Town Decreases the chance of encountering wild Pokemon.

Prize Money Power Hotel in Cyllage City Increases the prize money from battles by 1.5x(Lv.1) - 2x(Lv.2) - 3x(Lv.3).

Befriending Power Coumarine City Pokemon Center Helps Pokemon grow friendly faster.This O Power if useful for evolving pokemon such as Umbreon and Espeon.

HP Restoring Power Default Immediately restores the HP of the lead Pokemon by +20(Lv.1) - +50(Lv.2) - +200(Lv.3).

PP Restoring Power Snowbelle City Pokemon Center I mmediately restores the PP of the lead Pokemon by +5(Lv.1) - +10(Lv.2) - Completely fills(Lv.3).

Accuracy Power Dendemille Town Raises the accuracy of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Critical Power Shalour City Pokemon Center Raises the critical hit rate of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Attack Power Route House between Lumiose City and Route 5 Raises the Attack stat of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Defense Power Route House between Lumiose City and Route 5 Raises the Defense stat of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Sp. Atk Power Hotel Camphrier Town Raises the Sp. Atk stat of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Sp. Def Power Hotel in Ambrette Town Raises the Sp. Def stat of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Speed Power Hotel in Geosenge Town Raises the Speed stat of the lead Pokemon during battle.

Hatching Power Lumiose City Cafe Introversion Helps Eggs hatch a little faster. You must have every other O-Power before you can get this one, and Requires "max style".

How to Max your Style n Lumiose City

The simplest and quickest method to doing this would be to go to the Poke Ball Boutique in Lumiose City and purchase 100 Premeir poke balls, 1 by 1. This takes roughly 5 minutes and afterwards, you can sell all the poke balls back. It also helps to use Bargaining O Power while doing this to lower the cost.
