Bringing an update on O'Shaserra! She's pretty much done besides a few details I wanna add then some battle damage and a few touch ups like usual.

I really like the pose, dynamic. I wondering about accessories, do you think a something or two from this sprue would be in poor taste?

While I’m not much of a T’au enthusiast, myself, outside of promoting the stereotypical depiction of them as Shirow Masamune anime babes, it’s gratifying to see more characters getting updated as plastic kits; and as a narrative conceit, it makes perfect sense for Shadowsun to be redesigned so dramatically every time she gets an update because of her prototype armor.

O'Shaserra and Oe-hei and Oe-ken-yon in the Vior'la Sept colors

I'm really happy with how she turned out and definitely worth the effort! Such a detailed miniature too! which was both nice and frustrating (panel-lining and edge highlights).

Also after reading the Patient Hunter novel I couldn't paint her without helmeted option as Nurgle loves Characters without helmets but the T'au learn quick! (also with helmet she just looks cute with the stealthsuits! I'll leave the empty base joke up to yourself this time lol)

Work in progress

Since I was working with red's on Farsight I decided to grow a pair and do the red on Shadowsun too, not finished with it yet but I thought I'd post a update. Pretty much done with her skin and hair too just some neatening up to do.

Never knew she was from the Vior'la Sept originally so I'm liking this version of her already!
