O5-01 “Founder” - The Founder. During a containment breach, she was transferred into the body of a cat. That fact is classified at an O5 level. In the █ decades since, she has performed mostly managerial and clerical work, though she has also been able to use her altered form to analyze the effect of certain non-dangerous SCPs upon nonhuman biology. She/her
O5-02 “Analytical” - Formerly SCP-████-█. Was given O5 clearance and a position on the council after it aided in a search with apparently no evidence. Its high intellect, being organic-adjacent, is difficult to measure, but clearly exceeds any human or formerly human entity, and any non-anomalous computation device available to the Foundation. It/its
O5-03 "Mjolnir" - A limited reality bender, being a control of the weather. She was elevated to the council in response to the Foundation’s measurements of the warming climate, as a sort of failsafe against the destruction of humanity by the change in climate. She/her
O5-04 “Death” - An expert in the topic of death, its results, causes, and prevention. He was often the subject of his own experiments, leaving him desiccated and in pain. He/him
O5-05 “The Janitor” - Originally given clearance solely to perform janitorial duties. Soon he was contributing to meetings with occasional interjections, which proved to be of immense usefulness. As of ██/█/20██, he was made a full member of the Council, despite his complaints that he is simply a janitor, and should not be given such power over the affairs of the Foundation. He/him
O5-06 “Ambassador” - Tasked with interacting with and keeping stable relationships with GOIs, as well as diplomacy with other realities, though those duties have taken a backseat, in the latest inter-GOI conflict. She/he.
O5-07 “Peacebringer” - His one and only goal, since being appointed to the Council, has been bringing about peace. He has gone about this by a targeted and excessive use of force. The Ethics Council has taken multiple stabs at condemning his actions, all to no avail. He/him.
O5-08 “Star of the Morning” - Insists on being referred to by one of a multitude of eccentric titles, ranging from “Morning Star” to “███████”. He seems to have delusions of grandeur as well, claiming to be a ██████ █████ ██ ███. His resistance to SCP-███, however, gives his claims some potential backing, assuming the ██████████ Hypothesis on the entity is correct. They/it.
O5-13 “The Archivist” - Maintains the databases, archives, and documentation for the Foundation, ensuring that security is maintained and that the necessary information is available to those who have access. She/her.
O5-10 “The New One” - After Peacebringer shot the last -10 in the throat in the middle of a meeting, all meetings have been virtual, and a prodigious Site Director was elevated to O5 status. They/them
O5-11 “The Faceless One” - He is nobody. Any pronouns. No pronouns. It doesn’t matter.
O5-12 “King of the Butterflies” - Formerly Benjamin Kondraki. Who knows how he got promoted to O5. No one will admit to voting for him, though he clearly somehow gained a majority. Records of the vote were unanimously purged. He/him.
