Mesoámeritober Día/Day 2: Mito favorito/Fav myth. Ok miren, no se leer, no se la diferencia de mito y leyenda y cuando la volví a buscar en el libro decía en grande leyenda y me lo pasé por el arco del triunfo, mi cerebro no carburó, me inspiré mucho en el momento, no presté atención a literatura y redacción porque media prepa se estaba peleando con la maestra en vez de tener clases hace un año ok??? 💔💔💔💔 Pero tengo que decir que mi favorito es de la lechuza maya(?), que yo sepa no es muy popular??? Pero en corto (según yo corto): Es la historia de una niña de ojos azules y pelo rojo fuego, que fue adoptada por un demonio después de que su madre hiciera un pacto con el antes de morir. Este la cuidaba a escondidas hasta que un día la niña le pidió mostrarse pues sentía su presencia, y para no espantarla se manifestó como un búho. Eventualmente la niña creció y se convirtió en una mujer muy bella, pero llegó un día en el que entró a un lugar sagrado, donde no podía entrar el demonio y dentro, un hombre fue cautivado por la belleza de la mujer, este intentó hablarle pero al responderle con silencio, el hombre la mató, el búho intentó ayudar sin éxito pues no tenía como entrar, así que, en cuanto salió el hombre, lo mató, completamente desgarrado. Los dioses habían visto al demonio criar a la niña y le tuvieron piedad diciendo que algún día, sin saber dónde ni cuándo, se reencontraría con su hija. El demonio se transformó en un búho y desde entonces llora por poder volver a ver a su hija, buscándola por los bosques en la noche.

Anyways, cuando la leí me encantó, disculpen mi mala redacción adjajdjsks. No pude evitar pensar en la pintura de Iván el Terrible con su hijo aunque no recuerdo el contexto de la pintura, la verdad me acordé por un meme de deltarune ā (o´▽`o)

Was tagged by the spectacular and amazing bean @thuriweaver to do some picrews of a couple OCs of mine, I tried to pick a few people may know or may not, but a bit of a spread across some of my fics. I kept it to 4 because i have 80 million, and im have a crisis as i realize how often i give characters green eyes Hazel Anne Small, she/her, lesbian - 6 feet and 8 inches of sunshine, she’s a cousin to the Small brothers in The View From Here - specifically introduced in The Lost Chapters. She’s a great cousin and so excited to get to spend time with her cousins and meet some friends through them (even if she’s a little bitter that her newly discovered family member has dethroned her as the tallest in the family.) Régis “Reggie” Alphonse Beauchêne, he/him, pansexual - best friend to Virgil in The View From Here and also popping up in the side chapters of Overcoming a Legacy, he’s a suave charismatic young man who owns all attention when he enters any space and even if he wasn’t, no one can resist those light brown eyes or that French accent. Camilla Rose Prince, she/her - the secret four year old daughter of A-list popstar Roman Prince in Nightlife and Nightlights, she’s just so excited to get to go on a trip with her Papa and her most favorite person in the world - her favorite daycare worker who always plays with her!  Simone Picani, she/her - The Dragon Witch herself.. And estranged older sister to Emile Picani in Becoming His Own Hero, she’s doing what she has to to protect those she cares about, and does so by any means necessary - even if that means she’s known as a villain to just about everyone in the city. I’m going to tag @nekoabi, @pastries-and-deceit , @cloverlyanxious, and you reading this if you’d like to do it!
