#OberhasliGoats trace their roots to Switzerland. They originated in the Swiss Alps and were brought to the US in the 1900s. Unlike the Nigerian Dwarf goats, Oberhasli goats can be up to 120-150 lbs. I’ve had the privilege of getting to know several Oberhasli goats during the #goatyoga sessions I went to last year, one of which was for my birthday, and the other one was actually on 🐐 @niklasedin ‘s birthday. Perhaps Nik can add goat yoga to the Edin farm in the future 🤔 Namaste. Interestingly enough, I know people who dislike goats because they say goats have weird eyes. When it comes to curling, the GOAT actually has the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen (yes, even prettier than Andy Lincoln’s; it’s like a Taylor Swift song lyric - Oh damn never seen that color blue). Plus he has really long eyelashes. Today #9farms planted yellow squash made the campers soap, and the sunburn soap, covered each tomato plant with compost mulch, milked goats, and now making sugar scrubs.
