 Case : విభక్తి :

The relation in which a noun or a pronoun stands to some other word in the sentence, or the form which shows such relation is called the case.

 Kinds of cases : (విభక్తులలో రకములు) There are five cases in English ఇంగ్లీషు లో 5 విభక్తులు (cases) ఉన్నవి. అవి : 1.Nominative case    (ప్రధమా విభక్తి ) 2.Objective or Accusative case   (ద్వితీయా విభక్తి ) 3. Possessive or Genitive case   (షష్టీ విభక్తి ) 4. Vocative case [ or nominative of address ]   (సంబోధనా ప్రధమా విభక్తి ) 5. Dative case   (ద్వితీయా విభక్తి )
