object oc idea anthrax letter guy and mail bomb guy
-group of people trapped in a purgatory like area and forced to do bizarre challenges for a show with a distant and out of touch host
-character breaks their leg
-show host abandons contestants and they form a close knit community for taking care of one another, isolated from the outside world
-The Mold
I was gonna say that mephone would've been more compelling of a character if he was introduced as a weird lonely dude who made everyone up right off the bat, but I realized in general a lot of osc projects could've benefited from a massive overhaul to the narrative rather than running off of what the creators came up with when they were twelve.

adventure time is literally such an object show
been daydreaming about a premise for a story-driven object camp. so far I've conceptualized one that takes place in the RFTD world, deemed the universe's landfill, where a small group of objects complete tests in order to win a vile of a vaccine/antidote/thing that can kill The Tar. The twist being that the host gets infected by the tar themselves and the final challenge is to kill them.
