Idiots in love x Dying Sparks

Everyone in the infinite realms knows their king is in love. All of them have seen it. The ghostling king to be constantly protects his sweetheart, and they can all read the emotion in it. Their king to be, who had struggled for so long, deserves to be happy. So they are gonna help him. (Well, most of them will, others want to mess with the brat.)

Everyone in Fawcett knows Whiz Kid aka Billy Batson is in love. The entire city owes the kid in some way or another. They all have seen that kid, and know that he has struggled. They all want him happy. So, the entire city is going to make sure Whiz kid gets his boy.

The main problem?

Neither Billy nor Danny realize they are both A. in love and B. Superhero colleagues.

Steve talks to Billy about his crush and he fuckin loves them and he needs help with talking to them. Billy helps him to become cooler for his crush tells him how he should act and what should he gift them and where should he take them to date etc etc. And he is fuckin in pain while doing all of this because he's in love with Steve since forever and he dreams at night he was the person Steve had a crush on. Only to realize Steve's crush is actually himself and he was literally planning his own first date with Steve. He obviously accept Steve's ask for date.

Being Parent trapped x Dying Sparks

Danielle wasn’t stupid.

She could tell Danny had a crush on Billy Batson, the radio boy who they saw at the park. Danny had had a crush for months, ever since he saw Billy punch a mugger, but he was being stupid and ignoring the signs of Billy liking him back. Jazz said it’s because Danny has self worth issues and he didn’t want to put Billy in danger from the GIW. Danielle thinks that’s stupid.

Darla wasn’t stupid.

She knew Billy had a crush on Danny, the new boy in Fawcett who they visited in the park. Billy had had a crush on Danny for a while, ever since he had seen Danny telling the younger homeless kids about the stars. Billy was being stupid and ignoring his feelings though. When she asked Freddy why, Freddy said it was because Billy didn’t want to ruin the friendship and Billy didn’t want to put Danny in danger by dating a hero. Darla thought that was stupid.

Darla and Danielle didn’t realize it, but they both decided at the same time that they were going to set up their brothers.

However, due to their lack of knowledge on actual relationships, they each decided to use the fictional relationships for help.

Darla used Fairytales for inspiration for her plots.

Danielle used Romcom tropes for hers.
