Official Monster Limited Edition Vol. 18 with Bonus Obluda book

Background information:

Unfortunately, like most Monster content, I couldn’t find much information on it’s existence.

But from what I could find online, this was a special release of the Monster vol. 18 (the last book of the series), which would come with a mini replica of the nameless monster book!

It was only ever published in Japanese (ofc), and the replica book is made out of a cardboard material that you’d see in actual children’s books lolol ^^

Vol. 18:

Only thing worth mentioning is on the back page (the left picture) there’s an advertisement for ‘Another Monster’ (which I translated in English).

As well as in the first pages (right picture), there’s basic information of each character and how they’re related to the story.

Obluda:

A complete and colored replica of the nameless monster book. (It’s kinda hard to open without damaging it ><*).

I am not saying that the shows are identical nor the characters. But the vibes and structure are the same.

If people didn’t separate anime and shows, they would fall under the same category without a doubt.

I can’t explain it further but they are literal twin shows. And I love both of them equally.

They are the core structure of my personality. The two deepest stones in my mind are them. Without them I can’t function properly. I love them so much. They turned me into who I am today.
