today I was awake almost all day, I felt okay, I felt like myself, I could work and go outside a little! And now I'm baking bánh chuối nướng (the best banana cake I've ever had) so I'm VERY happy.
I have to say, assuming the worst whenever I suspect a flare up might be on its way (by cancelling everything, sleeping all day, not lifting a finger even to do "healthy" things) is really working for me. I always worry I'm overreacting and it's so tough and boring to do nothing, but in the end it means I recover faster and my flare ups are less painful.
