Observation Notes - 27th May
AUTHORTISED PERSONNEL ONLY
This week, we were eager to unlock the secrets of the creature's genetic make up, particularly its ability to regenerate and exploring the possibility of speeding up this process.
And so, we got to work, removing the tail, docking the canine ears, and taking skin samples from the limbs, snout and cheek. After a few days of allowing the incisions to heal, we injected the accelerator hormone.
We did not expect the specimen to grow a smaller, second head.
We made the mistake of mentioning this to the specimen, who then became extremely distressed. It took 45 minutes, three researchers and a sedative to pin it down so we could amputate the growth for a biopsy.
Results to be confirmed.
