ϟ - LIGHTNING - something they thought they’d left in the past, returned

Himchan thought he had his life together now. He knew what he wanted to be. He was well on his way to becoming a surgeon and everything was running smoothly. Grades and internships were doing well. Now that he has been bit, he feels a surge of vulnerability resurfacing. 

He is not confident in his future anymore. The scent of blood is enticing. How is he to perform operations on living beings if he cannot help himself but to drool at the mere smell of blood? If he is surrounded by it every day, he fears that it is will only a matter of time before he attacks a patient. He does not want to lose himself like that. His future job is to help people, not to murder them while they are unsuspecting. 

It upsets him a great deal because he had thought he had left his vulnerability behind. He thought he had grown as a person and was strong now. However, as soon as an instability (the bite) had appeared, Himchan is feeling small and weak again. He is used to comfort.

☢ - BIOHAZARD - the most dangerous thing about them to others

Besides the fact that he turns into a great ol’ wolf… Himchan is a sucker for revenge. If he is wronged, he will definitely go out of his way to ensure the favor is returned.

Following his break up with Juri years ago, he had sought out a witch to curse her with the increased chances of stubbing her toe and stepping into water with socks on. They were petty curses, but, now, Himchan is not against something of a higher consequence depending on the “crime” committed against him. He is not above making someone’s life a little more miserable after having done so to him.

☯: What do they think of ‘good’ and 'evil’?

Morality Meme: accepting

Good and evil is an odd concept to a fae who’s morality is already a little twisted by how inhuman he is. Gohn’s definitions of if something is bad or not tend to depend strongly on how how he feels about the person committing the action and the people the action effects. 

Generally, Gohn tends to assume that nothing is evil by default (with very few exceptions). As such, Gohn is a very neutral force who tends to take no sides until he thinks he can understand what’s going on. Even in the case of a murder, Gohn will often be completely neutral on it until he hears a bit more about it. If the murderer was a friend, he’ll likely side with them and assume the action to have been for the better good. If the victim was, then the murderer is evil without fault.

However, if he has no association to either, it’s harder for him to form an opinion. “Good” in Gohn’s book is more “Gohn-aligned” and evil is “Not Gohn-aligned”.

A list of things that Gohn will usually take as being evil include:

Killing or harming Fae (this is often negated by him knowing the fae or knowing the person hurting the fae).

Hurting animals.

Not taking peppermints at all from him (or outright refusing them).

Using magic. Often paired with a lack of feeilng toward or understanding of non-witch supernaturals

The laughter died down almost just as soon as it had began. Awkwardly, Himchan rubbed at the nape of his neck. Had he let his mouth run faster than his mind again? He must have, because he could not even remember his last words before eliciting this type of response from the man. In his mind, he duly noted not to allow himself to get too whisked away with Hyerin – he seemed too uptight to revel in the presence of jokes and laughter.

Gaze wandering to and fro, needlessly checking for any pursuers in the alleyway, it took Himchan awhile to reign his focus back in onto Hyerin. They were little more than acquaintances, having just met not too long ago, actually. In that small amount of time, he had found that their personalities lied at two completely opposite spectrums; Hyerin was leaning more on the quiet side, whereas Himchan could talk, enough for the both of them, in fact. If he tried enough, surely, he could get Hyerin to like him, because at the moment, their two distinctly different personalities seemed to create a rift. He was fairly stubborn, though. Everyone was supposed to be his friend, after all, and he was accustomed to getting his way – how he wanted it, when he wanted it.

“You should probably loosen up. It isn’t good to be grouchy. It will give you wrinkles faster.” What was that about not joking around Hyerin again? “You should probably be thanking me, anyways. I didn’t have to go out of my way to help you.” It was better described as Himchan insisting that he heal the laceration, not even giving the other the option to continue on without him first checking the condition of the injury. It was rather small, but that did not stop Himchan. “I was just worried when I saw blood.” His voice softened, eyebrows furrowing as he began to focus on the injury located on the man’s shoulder. “I am going to fix you up, and that’s that.”

Taehyung looks up from where he’s been fiddling with his sandwich, picking out what seems to be an alarmingly large amount of tomatoes. They taste awful - he’s still not sure why anyone likes them at all. 

“I mean- Nothing distinct or anything, nothing that sticks out of the ordinary. Why?” He glances at her. “Do you?”

Something about the thought has his hands stilling, leaving him marginally on edge, and he doesn’t like it. Appetite gone, he swallows, a little nervous. “Maybe we can head somewhere else.”

“ sometimes you work too hard at being inscrutable.”

“i actually don’t.” ten is quick to deny it, voice indignant and frankly a hint of offended even if he only just managed to catch the words. he shoots the other a mildly annoyed look before resuming his incredible feat of tapping on the table with his fingertips, ignoring the rush of boredom.

though really, he could barely figure out what the word inscrutable means when he translates it from korean to thai in his mind. he takes it that the way hyerin says it so casually, teasing tone with bite underneath, a corner of his mouth turning up in a languid, self assured smirk that it can’t be the greatest compliment in the world.

“maybe you’re just too.. un-inscrutable. scrutable? is that a word?”

CONNECTION DESCRIPTION: about a year ago hyerin arrested a young were/vamp without an arrest warrant, sparking protests among the pack/clan the muse is from. they were hidden away for months and tortured in order to extract information for drug busts and locating the rest of their pack/clan. they were released eventually, but only do to quell the public outcry. unfortunately, that person disappears (read: put on a hit list) within days of being released.

YOUR MUSE is preferably someone related to that muse or was very close to them, and is desperate for revenge, and will stop at nothing to kill hyerin, the one that arrested (read: kidnapped) the victim, and upon further research, was also the person who lead the interrogations (read: torture).

Makeup?

-Sunglasses are his makeup. He doesn’t see a point in putting on eyeliner for it to be hidden with his weird ass eyes.

18 has been answered.

Biggest regret?

-Not going to high school. Even if when he was born he was 34, and thus couldn’t attend normal high school. People always have funny stories from high school.

Superstitions or views on the occult?

-He is an occult. That was Haechul’s first reaction. He thinks that bread is best stored under the couch? But that’s not really a superstition as much as a severe misunderstanding of what it means to live in the human world.

14.Physical abnormalities? (Both visible and not, including injuries/disabilities, long-term illnesses, food-intolerances, etc.)

Wonho’s skin when he isn’t glamoured has a silver tinge to it, and the tips of his ears are pointed. He has some slight scaring on his back from when he was younger that he tends to keep hidden as best he can.

Mentally, he has a slight form of ptsd from his time in the court.

38.Would they consider themselves a Type A or Type B personality?

Type A. He has never given much thought to anything other than working. He has no concept of hobbies or any thing like that, which is why he is so lost on his own. The only thing he knows is work.
