@psycheprincess, have a spontaneous starter I just thought of!

“Rise-san, may I talk to you after school? I need to… tell you something important.” The request might have sounded really odd to other people around them since Naoto usually was acting normal and didn’t sound this formal with her best friend. She could only hope they didn't have a clue of her intentions - and if they did Naoto wished they better not expect her to confess like a blushing schoolgirl on the schol yard.

She was aiming to a more meaningful and less clichéd scenario than that: An important woman like Rise deserved better than a scenario from romcoms. She had nailed down yesterday the approximate words and practiced her speech and it would go well.

Original Concept Rise: “Hold on, I’ll carry you.”

“Rescue" sentence starters

“Hey, you don’t really have to. I think that I can walk on my - ow.” Naoto stuttered and was really hesitating when Rise insisted to help her get out of TV World without hurting herself any more. She had sprained her ankle while adventuring at Rise’s dungeon - she was still blaming the corner of the obstacle she never saw coming. At first she kept trying to persuade Rise not to help her but after trying to put weight on her leg she felt the pain again and almost fell on the floor.

“Ow, it hurts more than I expected. Fine, you can carry me to the entrance and then help me go home to get an ice package and support bandage for my leg.” @psycheprincess

hiimdaisy/gigidigi starter sentence pack 1: persona 4 edition

“Ha ha. Very funny, Rise-san.” Naoto had just witnessed possibly the weirdest encounter in her lifetime and she was wondering if anyone didn’t stop and question what they were doing. 

Rise had just bought a new weapon which looked like a normal baseball bat or a club but if you looked closely you could see that there was a hidden shard in the side that could be revealed and used to beat up incoming Shadows. Before that she had used a weapon similar to Yosuke-senpai’s first attempt - a golf club from the Junes storage room. She was showing it off to Naoto behind Daidara’s by slicing her former weapon, a kendo sword, in half and then in four parts. 

“I don’t even understand why you even used that sword in the first place, your new custom-made weapon looks nice and it fits you perfectly, Rise-san.” It looked cool and reminded her of the agent or spy weapons weapons from the countless movies she had seen like Detective Conan or Lupin The Third. She took a closer look at it to see how it was built and inspected its materials and other details. 

‘Wow, it really looks like one Lupin III could use… I want one too. Not that I’m going to tell her that.’ She didn’t want everyone to know she was a super agent and detective movie and series fan and modified weapons nerd - who knows what uproar it could cause.

I must really love embarrassing my muse or putting her in werid situations don’t I. Regarding my most threads with @psycheprincess Naoto does at least one thing in them: blushes and is adorable, doesn’t know how to do X to make it out without ruining her “reputation” or just isn’t 100% on the track just because OC!Rise is being a tease and a super ultra bitch.

Gotta love that though :D

Naoto walked towards Rise sternly and oddly concernedly. “Rise-san, I have a suggestion for you. I heard this ridiculous rumor about an abandoned house near the Shopping District: They claim it’s cursed and that nobody can demolish the said building without being locked in for hours.” Thought Naoto believed in some supernatural, ghosts or ‘cursed’ things weren’t supernatural to her. 

Supernatural meant they could be explained somehow, irregular things like curses or ghosts were nonsense. Yet, she was afraid of them and about to ask Rise some mental support.  

“I’d like you to accompany me to enter this supposedly-haunted house. Partly because… I’m afraid I lack the courage to go alone.” Naoto said to her quietly.

Shit I have said while watching P4 

“Don’t tell me what to do Rise-san. I know exactly how I should proceed -” Naoto recovered from the Charm status condition when a team member who obviously had had enough of the team’s leading detective acting way too out of character used a Dis-Charm on her.

Naoto blinked before hearing a faint comment of “Yeah, that did the trick, she’s back to normal again” and realizing she’d been hit with the status condition she absolutely disliked. She groaned and swore in that moment to kill that Shadow with Marin Karin. “Teddie-san, I greatly apologize for my rash actions, I blame that crow over there.” After giving a sincere apology she readied her gun and exclaimed to Rise that she was going to see the pissed off Detective Prince in her element.

“That enemy is going to faint within seconds. Watch this.” She shot at it three times, then aimed at it again and repeated the process until it was dizzy and close to fainting. “Say your prayers, your time has come now.” She asked the delinquent if she wanted to help her in the dual attack against that troublemaker or whether Naoto should finish it alone.

“At this rate, if you don’t just shoot the goddamn motherfucking thing, you’ll only get hit once more, then you’ll die! Look at your health, Naoto! You’re hardly on half a point!” Rise yelled, directing her arm to the HP bar on the screen. “Do you see that? It’s red and blinking!”

Naoto gave Rise a stern glance and a sigh back. “Why, thank you for stating the obvious Captain Obvious: my HP is close to being zero. You’re lucky for not being hit by those irritating snake-like enemies. They cause my character to get stunned for a second, thus allowing them another chance to attack.” She was getting tired to being beaten in this two-player RPG game she was playing with Rise and pressed the circle button to aim at the cursed beings. You rarely saw Naoto getting frustrated over a video game - or at all since she had her poker face of calmness - and the only ones who she let see one of her hidden sides was her best friend who enjoyed gaming.

“If the shooting is what you want, it is what you’ll get.” She muttered that Rise better not die either without a fight or even start thinking she’d get easy. “That worm is so going to die.”
