I have commissioned my sibling, @bigguyy01 to draw the twins in their chibi style. It turned out so well and I love how they incorporated all the colors. I love them.

Back when Blackjack and Roulette were paranormal investigators they had different names and they were trying to find and banish the evil they were sure lurked in the Ferris Fivestar casino resort. They discovered too late that instead of the resort being haunted, it was alive. And it responded to this threat on its existence by making the floor open up and swallow “Blackjack” whole. It would have eaten “Roulette” too.

“Roulette” begged for it to stop, saying she would do anything for it to spare the life of her friend. This appealed to the little shred of humanity left in Ferris and it spit out the man but it couldn’t just let these investigators go, they would ruin its life by scaring away all the customers. (It thrives off of being a popular and beloved establishment, if nobody loved it it would die.)

So it manipulated their memories on an external and internal level, and as far as the two know they have always been staff at the resort and everything is fine. All records of their investigations are gone and nobody suspects that they are missing. (And they're technically not missing, as all their legal records seem to be in order and everyone, including them, is convinced they have fairly normal lives. They also have pretty nice rooms in the resort to live in)

I kinda want there to be other staff in the Ferris Fivestar named after different casino games/gambling based things. Some of them are in there willingly and some of them are in a similar position to Blackjack and Roulette but wouldn’t be aware of it

Unfortunately Blackjack does have chronic health issues as when he was trapped under the Ferris Fivestar its digestive enzymes leaked into his mouth and damaged the lining of his esophagus and stomach. He has a lot of acid reflux esque symptoms, eating is painful, and he throws up a lot. He also has no memory of what has caused this affliction. The doctors he visits are largely unhelpful about treating his condition and he ends up getting opioids from a coworker

Sexuality: Asexual (She has no sexual attraction whatsoever, but she'll be okay with indulging for her girlfriend)

Height: 176 cm (5'9")

Weight: 145 lbs (66 kg)

Extra info: Ferris has a tattoo of a phoenix on her back, as well as many, many piercings. This Picrew doesn't do justice. She also talks with a nasally contralto voice.

Personality: She's blunt, flippant, and straightforward with her responses. Overall, Ferris is a hardened woman from her past life. Ferris is actually a sweet person once you get to know her, often going all out with parties and "payback time". She is also surprisingly good at holding her liquor. She was raised in a home where her parents drilled God's word into her brain. She eloped to Seattle when she was 16 and met Ivy. Ferris was raised in a Greek Orthodox family, so she stepped away from that to work on witchy stuff. She's also a self-proclaimed alchemist with a Master's Degree in Biochemistry. She also has a minor in Computer Science.

SNEEZE INFORMATION

Ferris sneezes a lot. When you're with her for maybe ten minutes, she'll sneeze 20 times. She's allergic to most scents, all flowers & plants (ragweed gives her hives), dust (she has to call a service to vacuum her house), mold, mildew, cockroaches, stinkbugs, ladybugs, wasps, peanuts, and cats. Peanut butter makes her sneeze, and consuming peanuts... has her in a chokehold and in the hospital. She's known as a "Sneezy Hacker/Sneezy Scientist".

Oh! Nah, it's my D&D character Ferris I used to play, he's a cowman/firbolg. But I don't like him anymore. That image just seems like an ok profile pic, I wanted to change it for a lil while tbh

Honestly with the nature of what Ferris is he likely does not have a solid design but I at least want to get a headshot of his humansona down

I’m honestly more interested in drawing humans visiting the park while also somehow illustrating the fact that it/he is alive. But that takes more energy than I have cuz I’m fighting an infection and tooth ouchies right now

Ferris likes it when people respect the park and clean it and also likes it when they buy from the various gift shops. I think if they vandalize the park or destroy stuff he eats them though. Like the ground just opens up and they fall into the pit of flesh. Awesome

Possibly getting closer to the humansona for the sentient theme park. He doesn’t feel enough like a mascot tho, maybe I need to give him more toony proportions?
