I think Khel-Gar and Fiko are visually similar (bright colors, pointy hair, chaotic behavior...), but they would never become friends if they could meet. Not only they have very different personalities, I'm also sure Fiko is afraid of animals. They have so few (not extinct) animals on the planet that even a cat/dog would most likely scare her, let alone a dragon with claws and fangs
