Does Joseph use his powers for anything in particular? Perhaps not even something grand, just like, fortune telling or something like that? Also does he deal with any distress from knowing what's to come? And how does he see the future, does he just get random flashes, does he use divination tools, is there a ritual, does he get to choose what he knows about or what time future wise or is it just random? Idk just lots of things to know since we haven't heard much about him, feel free to tell any other stuff too

He is a fortune teller! For Shirley’s circus specifically :) just a fun thing for him to do lol

The gem on his bow tie is actually one of his eyes! I guess technically it’s like. An “all seeing eye” lol. He uses it to really see people, who they are now, what they’ve gone through, and how their experiences shape their decisions and thought processes

He uses cards, crystal balls, and whatever else too, but they’re mostly for show lol

In order to not overwhelm himself with every possible moment and every possible outcome, he focuses on a single moment from someone’s past to see how that instance will shape their future (for example the blank slate person I drew here. This person neglected a friend and lost them because of it. Joseph focuses on this moment to see if that person may ever come around again and then forms his prediction around that)

He mostly uses his power to entertain people and he only does it when asked. He enjoys the unpredictability of life and is actually pretty laid back lol

And he also uses his power to pick on his husband lol
