drew charring souls and shattered volts pets,,

these two belong to charring soul, the cat is named scorch and is a maine coon, and the blue one is an iguana named lewie

i know blue iguanas are rare but i like to think that some rando gave char lewie when lewie was like tiny

this chud is shattered volts guinea pig, it doesnt have a name but i like referring to it as chud. if it ever gets a proper name itll probs be mentioned the next time i post it

stuff i wanna mention

what i like abt char and volt having pets is that it gives them the motivation to fight through a sticky situation, since like the two dont really have anyone else to look after them if something happens to them

the difference in their pets reflects their confidence in think. char has two bigish animals, and hes actually quite confident. but volt has a small animal and they arent that confident

aswell with the animals, i think they reflect volts and chars personalitys in a way. idk how to explain it, but both scorch and lewie are friendly, scorch is affectionate, and is quite patient to an extent, lewie is relaxed and is more levelheaded, and i think that reflects char in a way

with chud the guinea pig, on the surface it seems aggressive like it would headbutt you, which is like volt on the surface, but once getting to know it, its actually not that aggressive [he would still headbutt you tho. also volt doesnt headbutt fyi]

idk i think when j was making them i was accidentally making them reflect char and volt. theyee not that important to the story since starfighters doesnt really have animals with human sentiance[there IS some, but its extremely rare, and im not giving the mcs pets that power]

i know its not July 5 but on that day was the 2 year anniversary of my pet bunny dying. Can we get a moment of silence for her.

Day 8: Familiar

Specter was gifted Babushka by his grandmother after he found a litter of them in her attic one day, while the majoriity were taken by the mom, one baby stuck out amongst the rest.

She was the runt of the litter, left behind by her mother, still whimpering and crying for her. And Specter quickly got attached, took her in, and named her after his own grandmother out of irony, Babushka.

He hid her from his grandmother and took care of the sable pup since then. Although nowadays, it feels like the other way around.

Babushka is a little spy of a weasel, acting as Specters eyes and ears whenever he's in need of information or a quick escape. She is also basically his magic hound. Being able to race any form of magical residue when he cannot. But when she isn't assisting in her master's shenanigans, she's off being a little menace to a particular palace doctor.

Just like Specter, Babushka loves Valdemar. Or rather, loves to annoy them. As if she knows he'll raise hell if a single hair on her head is harmed.

She loves running circles around them. Both literally and figuratively. Stealing Valdemar's supplies, and attempting to climb onto their head for a nap.

She's often seen wearing a small Babushka scarf given to her by Portia after catching her harassing Lucio's pet bird in the garden. Overall, she's an hyper little miscreant who loves a bit of danger.
