This user goes by many user but she mainly goes as kaine in every platform, she’s been stealing and borderline copying my criminal case oc since i kid you not, 2023 💀

She started on TikTok and I actually made a call out post there in 2023, here’s the link

I thought I could solve it peacefully there but nooo once a thief always a thief, old habit die hard I guess.

People like kaine are the reason a fandom can be so shitty and why people could lost interest in something they are genuinely passionate about. I love criminal case series, and I met a lot of wonderful people here but I don’t feel comfortable making contents, especially art, knowing that there’s still a shameless thief lurking around.

Hey guys, I don't normally do this kind of thing but I feel like this was going too far.

In a mutual server with my former friend, I was talking about my oc Firefly when she openly admitted to selling someone his reference sheet. Now, I didn't personally pay for the reference that was used, she did, but it's still extremely gross to go an sell someone's character to another! Please be mindful if buying from Graciouse, Meadow, Meadowstream, Ellie Wright. But please, this is not an invite to bully her either. I don't want that. I just want people aware that she's selling characters that are not hers to sell on top of her own. I don't know if she has or will, but there's also art of Spottedstorm and my oc's Cloverleaf and Frostflower that I'm nervous she might try to sell on the grounds that she was the commissioner. (Spottedstorm I'm especially protective of because she's based on my late childhood cat, Molly.)

I've had enough and want it to finally end.

No matter who you are, that doesn't excuse you. Even fictional characters (thier art) are someone's property and have a copyright.

What you are doing is a violation of that, not everyone after sharing their works or characters on the Internet is not something that is “allowing you to use it freely” because it in Internet.

It is not yours or free. Even more in my bio is always “Don't use my art and ocs without permission”

Now since this has to be said...

So I was just followed not long ago by someone who RECOLORED DYLAN.....ya now I'm rightfully pissed because ya know...that's not ok and even if you say sorry it negates it in my eyes since you did it and had NO ISSUES using it and making it out as if it was no big deal!

Nah dude that's not ok. I blocked that sucker after I got on to them, hell THEY EVEN USED HIS NAME IN THERE HEADER....just no ok.

I OWN DYLAN ROCKEFELLER, I BOUGHT HIM UNDER FAIR TRANSACTION...

So if any wise guy wants to steal him, try it you won't get far....

So how did Emily go from accusing Lambydal of stealing her likeness and tracing a Disney coloring book to make her banner to now Lambydal drew over the top of Emily's art?

Which one is it?

It sure as hell isn't the latter because Lambysdals art is 100x better than Emily's is so there's no way in hell Lamby traced Emily's art.

Rule #1 strikes again.

It too funny that Emily thinks that drawing the character is proof that it belongs to her. It's not. Or else fanart wouldnt be a thing.

I could draw any one of Emily's horrible ugly OCs better than her, so that means it's my OC by her logic.

Lambydal, who doesn't even go by that name anymore, first drew her persona in 2018. Possibly sooner but 2018 is the earliest record of the persona.

Emily here didn't draw the character or any character remotely similar until this year when she decided that Lambys YouTube banner looked like her. (It doesn't)

Now Emily is trying to spread the utter and total lie that Lambydal inexplicably drew Emily and used the drawing as her YouTube banner for her art speed paints.

Again. Emily is lying. She has ZERO evidence that the character is based off of her. Meanwhile, there is evidence that Lamby was drawing herself and posting the art online as far back as 2018.

Now Emily keeps trying to draw the character and failing and crying about how it's actually her OC and it actually her. Emily is delusional and a liar.
