Tried to make ‘em all distinct enough. I think Blitz is my favorite.

Someone is rustling around in Lyf's kitchen. Upon investigation, there's a person in a green cloak, his head in the fridge. A tail flicks back and forth behind him. Blitz got bored, which means fridge raiding was on the agenda.

Lyf, absolutely exhausted despite sleeping for the last few weeks, came out of their bedroom when they heard noises coming from the kitchen. Their tail flicked behind them, staring at the stranger in their fridge. "Excuse me?" They asked, stepping forward. "Can I help you?"

I finally got around to redesigning Blitz a bit, and changed his name in the process, so....

this is Flower!

-he's a guardian spirit of sorts, with a focus on protecting children

-his face is usually a featureless, mannequin-type mask, with ram-like horns sprouting from the forehead. however, his face can change to whatever would best comfort a child; unknown if his face actually changes, or if it's an illusion. the "face" floats, with the "severed" part of his neck filled with petals and leaves

-his tail always drags at least somewhat against the ground

-the flowers and branches can be drawn in any stage of growth. strong negative emotions will always make the flowers wilt and/or die, however

-any branches pictured sprout from his spine, breaking through the skin as they grow. it's unknown if this causes pain or discomfort, but he has no reaction to it. branches don't need to be consistent, they sprout and recede randomly. as long as they're growing from the spine then placement can be wherever

-the flowers sprouting from the longest branch are rhododendrons

-he's mute. it's unknown how children understand his intentions when he can't speak to them

-his method of protecting children is to give them a flower infused with magic. the flower will symbolize whatever they need most in that moment, with the magic actually granting them what they need. the flower will never die or even wilt unless the child discards of it

-can't be seen by adults unless it's within a dream realm. the age children stop seeing him varies from kid-to-kid

-wouldn't hurt a fly. ...normally. abusive parents or guardians are liable to be made sick by poisonous flowers finding their way into their food. particularly bad guardians may end up hospitalized or dead

There's a quiet sound of snake scales behind Amelie, Blitz's voice ringing out, seemingly from nowhere.

"Greetings, Amelie! Want to visit somewhere you might find interesting?"
