hi love! i have many oc questions! how did you come up with the names for your ocs? are they universe specific? do they have roots in world-specific languages? any random thoughts abt any of them you wanna share?

I just come up with what vibes honestly!!!! For Linh Megaera I wanted something light at the beginning, but Megaera just fit with it.

For Ash and Kix I wanted kinda gender neutral names, since Ash is genderfluid (and is literally a shapeshifter, so is biologically changing gender as well) and Kix is agender

Sienna’s full name is Sienna Oriole Bennet, and that may POSSIBLY be because I wanted her initials to be S.O.B. but you can’t prove anything >:)

Sometimes I’ll give one of my friends a vibe/aesthetic and things about their personality, and ask what name fits that :))

They aren’t really universe specific? But my space ones are purposefully ‘weird’ names, and sometimes I’ll use root words for meanings :DD

(random OC fact of the day: Ash helped me realize I was genderfluid, because I found myself being so jealous of the ability to actually look exactly how you want to, and also be the gender you want to)
