Rosemary Hume (1907 – 1984)
Rosemary Hume was an English chef and author. She was one of the first English women to be trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. In 1933, she founded a cookery school in London. Together with her partner Constance Spry, she devised the recipe now known as Coronation Chicken, to celebrate the coronation of Elizabeth II in 1953.
