#mermay with 2SFH's 'Ocean Princess'🌊💙

So I’m participating in a local gallery’s art show next month and the theme is “Once Upon A Time…A Fairy Tale Show”. These are both a work in progress but I wanted to share a few pictures of what I’m working on. The tiara above was made with rose quartz and Czech glass aurora borealis beads formed into little flowers. It still needs a bit more flowers in the back and I’m thinking about adding swarovski crystals, but I love how it’s turning out. I think I’m going to name this one Aphrodite. 

The one below is a mermaid crown/tiara that I’m working on. Not quite done, it needs more shells, pearls, and sparkle. I will be adding the Czech glass teardrop beads that I used in the Aphrodite tiara to the top of each shell point, just to give it that extra something.  

I’m also planning on making some labradorite crystal trees (like the crystal trees I made last winter/fall). I have other things I’m working on for this project as well, but haven’t photographed them yet.
