funfact gulas has many many versions of the dish, more american gulas is made really simply, just throw some hamburger on noodles with sauce or anything else thats lying around the kitchen. but more traditional gulas is usually made with multiple meats cooked overnight & many seasonings etc. bohemian gulas is served with a bread thing called knedliky. ok thank u I JUST WANTED TO SHARE!!!!

that’s super-neat! I rarely have enough patience for such involved cooking since the last thing I wanna do after work is spend 2+ hours cooking dinner, much less anything that’s a multi-day affair.

Man, I would absolutely eat that if someone offered it to me, though. (any of that. i love pasta)
