Summary: Danny's coronation is a big affair, with ghosts coming from all over the Zone to attend and celebrate. Unbeknown to him, it isn't only the Infinite Realms that feel his crowning.
Comments: When Danny gets crowned, JLD feels it and so the JLA goes to investigate. Danny is still learning how to control his power boost, the Crown and Ring aren't quite stable yet, and Batman strolls up with GIW tech. It's...not a good time. But they figure it out!
Once first impressions are dealt with, I really liked Sups and Wonder Woman in this. Superman is so good at guiding Danny through issues he has too, and Wonder Woman is a perfect diplomat able to ease things through. Sam is also a barely controlled bottle of fury, especially when it's only now the JLA decides to help with the GIW.
What I also liked about this was how prominent Deadman was. A lot of DP x DC fics integrate Danny with the Waynes, but Deadman's almost puppy-like behavior at seeing another ghost hero is enduring and Danny is immediately like ghost? mine. my person to look after.
Also - Dani whump! So you get all of it here - family fluff, hurt/comfrot, reveals, action, angst. 10/10 all around.
