“Cas, do you really think it’s necessary to take up the entire couch?” Orion asked, situating himself in a chair to the right. The whole group of guardians could often be found together, so it wasn’t uncommon for them to all be gathered in Cas and Bridge’s room. 

Cas glanced up from his book. He had a test to study for, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t do it while around his friends. He’d become a master at blocking out unnecessary noise at this point. “Why? You wanna wrestle me for the couch, Ry?” he quipped, stretching his legs out even further. It was his couch, after all. 

Orion just huffed out a quiet laugh and rolled his eyes. “I’m quite alright, thank you.” Putting his feet up on the table, Ry let his gaze flicker between all of his friends. It was nice that they were all together like this, especially since no immediate or eminent danger was involved. “So, Netflix?” Ry suggested.
