What is this, you ask? This is the very first artist trading card GAME to be made. Yes, its a real GAME!!!! Anyone can make offical cards for this game by joining our discord, and here is Welcome To OCniverse Vol. 0, our very FIRST volume of the game! It comes with enough cards that one could play a 2-4 player game (unlike some future expansions, which may contain a smaller amount of cards)
Preorders should go live within the next 7 days so I'd recommend joining out newsletter to get the drop becuase everyone who preorders this game can get it for $30 at most (not including shipping and depending on how many preorders, we might be able to lower the price EVEN MORE because of the crowd funding site we will be using!). The gameplay and cards formatting was designed me, MonnieBiloney, and the cards were all designed by multiple different artist collaborating together! An artist trading card game you can actually play!
I always thought an artist trading card game would be cool, but when I googled it; there was no acutal game! They were just like "trade cards!"
but my man! I wanted a game!
So I made OCniverse! It's a little bit more boardgame like then a traditional trading card game. It's meant to be played just by sitting down and starting rather then having a bunch of "difficult rules" like Pokemon or Magic The Gathering Or Yugioh. You're also able to play the game without creating a deck your oponent!
Basically, I made a game my family and I would enjoy playing. lol We're looking for 24 artist for the creation of the 'base pack' of the game! So far we have 8 and were hoping to finish this game this year! Join our discord server if you're interested!

Wanna do things with my OC's but i can't draw them if i haven't got a reference and i can't have a reference if i only have floating features... I found heroforge online tool, which has some limitations in terms of style, but has a LOT of features sliders which was what i was looking for.
it's only an unfinished rough and i won't be able to do the lips as i need (even tho they're a 'defining feature') but it's still helpful to see how it can come together and what works or not, anatomically speaking. also it just makes me happy to see my boy even just in 'vibes' !!

Mostly c'est la forme square du visage et le not-sharp mais avec quand même de la définition.
Oooh i finally fond how to go forward with the BILLION text posts i have for the text posts memes that will be one of the way to share what's happening with my oc's. at first i tried to sort them by thematics etc... but there was so much. So now actually i just have one spreadsheet where i just copy-paste the screenshot and write what art / lil comic collage i imagine. This way when i want to draw them (one day, maybe), everything will be already thought out and written !
and then when i want to have fun but don't know what to do i can just leaf through the text posts and when an idea crystallise while reading it i can open my little file and describe it to my heart content and NOT forget it this time.
