this is a stream of consciousness while i wait until midnight to fall asleep

- i already have a werewolf oc so i’m thinking EVENTUALLY Od will turn into a vampire but like my original vampire designs not spns (im looking for any excuse to use them more don’t mind me)

- he has a mix of charlie and kevin’s personalities. v much like “wow. what you’re doing is super dumb. like awful choices all around. makes no sense. well. can’t let you do it alone ig”, super nerdy, spends his free time studying languages and mythologies. like the boys will tell him to take a break so he just switches to a different equally stressful study topic

** WHICH HE LIKES. none of that “omg no let me show you how to relax” nonsense. he’s a full grown adult and knows what he enjoys doing and what is fun for him

- his favorite color is orange (me too) and he has an orange fluffy cat that is v much a nonnegotiable

- his cats name is undecided yet :(

- he has no contact with his family and has been on his own since he was 13

- his main goal will always be to learn as much as he can and turn into some type of monster. he was preferences but in the end he really doesn’t care. (it makes him feel bad to have a preference bc he doesn’t wanna hurt anyone’s feelings)

i need a name for ods ghost cat that’s similar to wyvern but not the same. just in the same genre of monster species. wyrm is an option but not sold on it yet

i’m thinking thoughts ab od again. and wyvie. and like ITS JUST AN IDEA but what if wyvern is a. a ghost cat. I DONT LIKE IT but also the aesthetic. it’s probably not gonna stick bc i like wyvie being a super fluffy orange cat with one eye. and i don’t want her to be a ghost. but also think ab the aesthetic of this super sleep deprived lowkey malnourished low level witch/high level researcher trying to become a monster and his sweet little baby ghost cat hanging around bc she was his familiar and couldn’t leave him behind.

yk what im making him another cat who will be his ghost cat. i’m having my cake and eating it too.

very firm believer that vampire media needs to step away from the classic, overdone way it’s been presenting vampires and just have them be over dramatic goths that are like “im a vampire” and then the gen z they just met are like “oh cool man, i went to school with a werewolf furry so i get it” and the vampire is just like “….what? you’re not scared?” and the gen z is just like “dude i’m trans and queer. whatever you identify as is cool with me. it’s kinda lame to judge ppl”

saying this bc 100% it’s how i’d react like oh cool you’re a vampire where’d you get your fangs done i’ve been wanting permanent ones since i was 8

the first time od meets the winchesters

the boys: we’re sam and dean winchester. you’ve heard of us

od: uh…. no but congrats? can i help you with something?

the boys: what do you mean no? aren’t you the one who’s like all knowing ab monsters?

od: yeah. are you guys monsters?

them: no we’re hunters

od: right… so why would i care ab you?

* i personally know for a fact their ego would be SO bruised by the idea of someone caring more ab monsters than them

okay ods cats name is Wyvern (wyvie/v for short). she’s an orange little fluff ball (od dies his hair to match her fur) and she only has three legs and one eye

her favorite toy that she constantly sleeps with is a little wyvern stuffie that od made her when he first found her, it’s multicolored and really crappy patch work but it held up this long and she loves it

she always rides around in ods backpack, she mostly naps, she has a little blanket in the backpack and ofc her stuffie, but sometimes she’ll pop her head out and even get out and go exploring while ods shopping or at the library

she has a collar ofc with ods address and number as well as a bell, od has the same bell attached to his shoelaces

Omg YES Od can work at the bar and help with monster research for hunters. My dude will absolutely give Od shit for being such a nerd but will secretly appreciate all the knowledge

i love this so much!!! Od would be more than happy to be the resident nerd for your dude but be warned!! he’s very passionate ab not all monsters being evil and he WILL get annoying ab it (this is a threat, the lectures will be hours long)

he understands the complexities but he’s very much a ask questions first, have some tea and conversation, and shoot only as a last resort. which can we blame him? he wants to become one, he doesn’t wanna be immediately hunted for it lol

oh it is like. not good lol i started going for his vibe but then got so off topic lol it’s like a mix of things related to how he looks, how his environment looks, and then what he likes and what his vibe/energy looks like so it’s a mess 🥲

but here it is 😭 there’s a good amount of cats bc i’m sorry he’s a cat dad like he literally has two folders on his phone labeled “worldly cats” and “my world” (my world is actually just an album full of pics of his cat) (who still needs a name 🥲)
