no but my friend sent me the pic of the new companion and literally the first thing i said was why's she look like gen z rose. she reminds both of us a bit of clara too though 😂

i really can't wait to see this new series, RTD coming back has me actually excited about dw for the first time in literal years

right??? she really does have a similar look, though i don't imagine the pics we have so far in any way resemble the styling she'll get on the show. i wonder if she'll have sort of chill rose vibes with hoodies and jeans or if she'll be giving more high fashion amy moments... or maybe something totally different, who knows!

anyway, yeah, it seems like every choice being made right now is so divisive, but i am very excited and very hopeful for where this next season goes! and i'm psyched to see ncuti in the role of the doctor, i can't even express...... his energy is so great.

hey, about that endometriosis post- absolutely talk to your doctor! I've been dealing with it since about 13 and it sucks, but knowing what's going on helps. no matter what anybody says excruciating pain w/ periods is not normal. doing your research and having a pain and symptom journal to show your doc can help, and be persistent when you do. also, endo often runs in families, 2 of my 3 aunts have it so it's totally possible your aunt does too. *hugs* my inbox is always open if you need :)

i’ve saved this for four months (i went and checked because time has no meaning for me) because i needed it to remind me until i followed through. i finally asked my doctor about endometriosis and am waiting to hear back to find out more. the older i get, the worse some symptoms are instead of better! so i’m hoping for answers, definitely. thank you for the available shoulder, my friend, i will take you up on that if i need to <3

one of my relatives has been doing keto for about 5 years now. she’s lost about 300 pounds and is way healthier. (the doc diagnosed her with a metabolic syndrome) but anyway, keep going! i’m so glad it’s helping. i can’t do it (i like my carbs lol) but yeah. *waving the pompoms* you can do it!

Congrats to your relative!! I was recently (within the last three months) diagnosed with a hormone issue and a thyroid issue, and keto so far (which I’ve been doing since March) has been amazing. I think with anything there are the moments of like ‘goooooooood why this why my life’ lol but honestly, I love keto and have seen some incredible results! Thank you, love!
