Merry Christmas from San Diego Zoo! This was all I wanted for Christmas & the Bleza family said “HECK YEAH!” I did a little #odddogging at the entrance to say hi to my favorites at @onedowndog. 🎄🎄🎄 (at San Diego Zoo)
#odddogging in a brewery with friends? I spend my day off from @onedowndog enjoying life (and celebrating the birth of @johnasutton in a true British fashion). But I'll be back in the studio again tomorrow - another 10-ish days of yoga class remain in this #30daychallenge. (at MacLeod Ale Brewing Co.)
September brings yet another 30-day yoga challenge from @onedowndog. On a personal level, I want to attend the classes this month that challenge and expand my practice. Day 10: Down Dog (This may not be perfect form, but I liked this picture the best because I'm peeking at the camera. Down dog is never a resting pose for me. When I first started yoga in 2010, I could barely hold it. I still have days where I struggle to get the balance between hands and feet right.
