Here you are @oddender
When you get this ask, post a list of five things that make you happy. Then send it to the last 10 people who reblogged you. Spread the happiness :) ☺
1) My parents just brought me my bookshelf, bed, and all of my books
2) Steven Universe
3) Warhammer 40k Fluff
4) Mom showed me pictures of my cat (she seems to be very happy living with my parents)
5) Finally I can organize my room!
Tagging: whoever, cause I’m too lazy. Feel free to send me an ask about something that makes you happy or your day today or whatever. Even if I don’t know you!
THAT SEXY GUY TRANSFORMATION SCENE IS FROM THE DAILY LIFE OF HIGHSCHOOL BOYS! I knew you'd like it, damn it, you need to just watch it with me *laughs*
That fucking show.

I've heard such good things about this show. I really should watch it.
Oh my goodness, PLEASE DO.
It's not a perfect show, but it tries really hard to be good and it's basically the only show on TV where I don't end up with vague anxiety as I wait for the female characters to get shown up or end up needing to be rescued any of the usual bullshit. It handles mental illness with an incredible amount of sensitivity, for the most part. It does a good job, particularly in the first season, of having really diverse casting, even in the small parts. While Sherlock is, of course, a tremendous intellect, the show never downplays the abilities of the other characters in order to build him up, which is incredibly refreshing.
And of course, I don't know if you've been spoiled for their take on Moriarty, but both Moriarty and Irene Adler are absolutely brilliant and fantastic and I love them.
Ultimately, it's a show about Sherlock building human connections and pulling himself up out of a very dark place. It's just a show about human connections, period, and it's really wonderfully uplifting and positive and you should watch it.

Are you bragging or complaining? It's unclear o.o
