Got some plague apprentices for ya.

Peregrine

- she slightly panics when she finds out she has the plague but does her best to hide it and continue with helping and working in the clinic with Julian. She avoids eye contact with people and moves slower because the plague is getting worse on her the more she resists. 

- Knowing that she was dying, she starts writing letters to her friends and family. She leaves one for Julian. Her writing is messy and hasty but you could tell she was struggling to keep it together and trying to sound like she wasn’t in any extreme pain in the letter. She got August and Sully to send the letters. 

Carmen

- They show no signs of fear or sadness at all but on the inside they’re panicking their ass off. They can’t waste time crying about it, they had to send a letter to Dror and warn him to keep him and Dawn away from Vesuvia or the plague as much as possible and take care of her in their place. 

- Their magic gets weaker and weaker by every minute, their wooden leg being connected to their health and magic, begins to rot slowly and they start using a crutch to manage. it’s not long until their wooden leg is completely gone. Carmen by now was just royally pissed about how weak they felt and just stubbornly kept working till they drop. 

Odele

- Is completely clueless about it until somebody points it out to her after they noticed her eyes going red. Getting too focused on her job that she neglected her own health, she tried her to best to cover her entire body to avoid getting in any contact with the plague except when she needed to remove the mask to talk to Julian. Guess she should’ve known to be more careful. Other than panic, she was really pissed. 

- Because she neglected her health, she had no time to call Roo for help or write letters to her family. She cried a little for being stupid to not notice it earlier. However she was glad that Asra and Magnus weren’t around to see her die. 

Roo

- Noticed it much sooner than the rest, his reaction wasn’t so big. He kinda’ve just accepted it and continued working on the cure. Honestly, he was a little happy. He got to experience this first-hand and study on it. He got to make check-ups on himself, taking his blood for study, writing down his symptoms on his book and timing on how long he has until he dies so he could work more. He was pretty grumpy on how slow he was getting and how much pain he was in, but overall this was just a wild ride for him. 

- You can bet that when they started to burn his body, he was mad at them for giving up so soon and wasting their chance to study more. He hopes that someone will find his book.
