En busca de los olores perdidos de Europa
“Odeuropa” es el primer proyecto internacional de investigación de los olores del pasado y el presente. Historiadores, museólogos y lingüistas digitales de Holanda, Inglaterra, Alemania, Italia, Francia y Eslovenia explorarán durante tres años referencias olfativas en pinturas, tratados médicos y novelas utilizando técnicas de inteligencia artificial. También desarrollarán un atlas aromático y recrearán antiguos aromas para museos.
