I figured out that I have a slight intolerance to cows milk that makes my cheeks red and makes me break out constantly (mild form of eczema? My sister has the same problem with milk). How I figured this out is, we bought two cartons of goat milk that were on clearance so I had to use them quickly, and in doing so I didn't even touch cow milk for about two weeks, and it made an amazing difference just in that time. The things you learn sometimes are weird, so I'm now purposefully drinking goats milk only and it's wonderful, my skin is so clear... This just made me love goats even more, thank you little guys
