No, US, and I honestly didn't think it was a real thing that happened. Not like, any time during my life. I thought it was a old timey thing exaggerated by movies, since we never dissected anything but an owl pellet or two. Not any proper dead animals. I posted something on Twitter going "lol it's so weird how movies made up that people still dissect frogs in school" and was, uh, surprised when almost everyone I follow went "no this is a thing?"

Anyway turns out I just grew up somewhere that banned it (don't know if it was an official or unofficial ban, but they did not do dissections in that district afaik)
