After eating some candy, @akeru-nakahara143, I will now share about my bsd oc, who's design just looks like me bc I'm not creative enough to come up with fun designs...
Her placeholder name is Milla, because I reread Carmilla recently (yk, car-milla-). She was born from me overthinking the concept of other non human creatures living in the bsd world besides Lovecraft. And possible hybrids of those creatures.
Her main thing is that, she was born around the 1400s from a fling between a duchess and some unknown abstract monstrosity with a human appearance, since those exist in the bsd universe. And since she's half human, half Lovecraftian entity. She isn't imortal, but she can enter a state similar to a coma, or some cryogenical freezing situation, where she's basically dead, but is preserved because of her own weird biology. Essentially becoming a human time-capsule, buried for hundreds of years. Those 'comas' are completely voluntary, she doesn't age while she's 'sleeping', but ages normally when she's awake. The thing is, when she gets into those comas, she never knows the amount of time that will pass until she wakes up. Could be 10 years, could be 100, there's no way to control it. In some instances, the urge to "sleep" can be caused by stress and other overwhelming factors, so it's a curse, but also an escape mechanism. It's important to note that she is more creature than human, her actions would be the ones of a bad person, yes, but can you even call her that when she's not even a person? Would you condemn a bear for eating another animal? You wouldn't, right?

I'm realizing now that there is a lot of abstract lore. So I'll do a little timeskip into non-ancient times, and leave you guys hanging on that hyena phrase. Do with that what you will.
After waking up from a time nap, she ends up in yokohama and meets Natsume, developing a skk-like relationship with him, because I felt like another skk generation would fit, narrative-wise (like, zenku skk, skk, shin skk, you know). I'm gonna clarify that it's not romantic since a lot of ppl ship the skks, she's married so back off (might expand on that later if enough people get curious about it, the whole being taken thing).
Being around Natsume leads to her meeting and developing a mentor-like relationship with Mori and Fukuzawa, while they're both around 16. She has been at war before, during one of the time periods she was awake, so she knows how awful it is, and would never want those boys to be anywhere close to war, that's important for context. Might elaborate on what exactly happened at said war because it's also important (not the great war, wouldn't make sense timeline-wise).
Anyway, after so many times that she just dissapeared off the face of the earth with no consequences, because she had little to no ties to the people around her, she decides to take a power nap that lasts about 20 years. Without realizing that people would miss her now.
When she wakes up, she's roaming around Yokohama, asking some pedestrians if they know an "Ougai Mori" or a "Yukichi Fukuzawa", and being pretty confused when she's answered with phrases like "Oh, you mean the president of the armed detective agency?". After some asking around she gets to the ADA building, asking to see 'Yukichi' and getting weird stares from everyone. Since the president is not the sharing kind, he had never told any of his employees about her. And it's quite strange to witness this strange-looking, limping (chronic leg pain from badly treated, war-related injury, needs a cane but didn't have it with her when walking into the agency), white woman who seems about thirty, going "Yukichi! You've grown so much! Look at you, you're such a handsome young man!" looking like she's a second away from pinching his cheeks like a relative you only see during christmas.
Fukuzawa doesn't show it, but he's happy to see her. The confusing, but nice atmosphere goes to shit when she asks how Ougai is doing, and where he is, completely oblivious to how and what he's doing right now.
I'm gonna finish this here, because it's LONG. And that's a really summarized version of her whole thing, I realized just how much I think, in general, while writing this. What class does to a mf.
I wanna clarify this before I go, her being something similar to a mentor for those two could be interpreted as her being a mother figure to them by some people. She is NOT a mother figure, she does not get along with kids and is only decent at interacting with Mori and Yukichi because they were teenagers already. She has an almost phobia of pregnancy because giving birth back in the time she was born was almost a death certificate, and way more painful and unsanitary. And also, personality-wise, that woman is not a mother and is not fit to be one at all.
the dozen different ways i feel about her OK probably not that many but like. she Is the one i dreamt of meeting for like 10 years. and i hate to pin that on her. it's excessive. but it's what ive gone thru. u can keep quiet and have friends in the "community" or you can suffer thru the boring hell of the str8 world with ppl who will never get anything. she's the light in the dark in this tunnel of hell xD
also she's kinda like family errr not really. maybe. i guess. like my mom who wanted to help ppl but was too kind or whatever to take the pressure of it, like my sister who's initial career choice didnt work out but she's still working hard with all these years of schooling... unlike me who just took an easy way out like yeah there were Things but. it's easy now.
on the other hand......... very unlike anyone in my family xD she is............ i can't say it >___> it's not like that it is like that like yeeeeeeeeah she kinda has the perfect body >____> u r barely taller than me why do i get the feel. the tall feel
and also it's like no! i can't be attracted to her just because she's the only one. that's technically not even true. anyway she's not even a fujo XD ummm like i would ever find a fujo gf
