It really depends on the situation and what’s been done, but they generally are pretty merciful and forgiving. They just can’t hold a grudge very well. Most of the rage they feel is rooted in sorrow, and they typically don’t have it in them to act out as violently. That being said, if someone hurts like Charlie or Cupid, people they’re really close to, they’ll lose their shit and show no mercy whatsoever.

Bells is usually pretty down and depressed, so they kind of need jokes and banter to balance that out. A lot of what they have is dark humor, but they prefer any kind of humor that can help brighten their mood. They like to have fun. It keeps them happier.
violet : how does your muse respond to betrayal ?
Again with this one, it depends on the situation and who has done what. With the war, they were heartbroken at the thought of going against their family, but for most of their family, they were able to forgive almost everyone with time. Everyone except Uriel, who killed their twin, Belgirel. That’s something they can’t see themself ever forgiving. Everyone knows that it’s best to keep Belphegor away from Uriel or else they’ll start a fight and potentially try to kill him.
For everyone aside from Uriel, they mainly responded to what happened by just avoiding them all while they came to terms with what happened. The cold shoulder is typically their main reaction to betrayal.
Now, if you’re talking the BIG betrayal that’s coming up, things might change on how I feel about how that’ll work out by the time it comes out, but right now, I think they’ll respond to it with heartbreak and confusion. For them, it won’t make sense because they can’t imagine why everyone would lie like that to them for so long. It’ll tear them apart, almost literally. They won’t want to talk to anyone who knew and didn’t tell them. It’ll make them doubt everyone, even the people who didn’t know, though to a lesser extent. Their personality will probably change a little from the sweet gullible little kid to someone who looks at the world with doubt and like everyone is just manipulating them.
