Man, I have come so far when it comes to cooking.

I can remember when I was posting about how upset I was that I couldn’t cook anything more than boxed Hamburger Helper and now—while I’m no savant or expert—I can whip together a really solid meal from scratch without much struggle.

My cooking abilities are one of the thing I’m legit really proud of it my life.

(@ofdarklands do you remember me whining? and you trying to give me pointer on stuff like “just toss some chicken and onions in a pan with some peppers, it’s not that hard when you get a feel for it” and you were so right. Shout out to you for the advice and help, it actually help put me on the right path for figuring out my first steps in the kitchen.)

At least I took the day off for my birthday so I have the whole day to process, and I have people here supporting me whatever I decide.
