off book
On, November 15th, we had our first off-book run-through. I have been injured so I missed class last week, but I know they attempted an off-book run-through last week but were a bit lenient with the off-book. Today, I was really nervous. I had a headache, I was trying my best to remember all of my lines, and I was very very nervous because of how rusty I was going to be. Especially because I can barely walk! But we didn't do too shabby, I do need to run through my lines more, and learn how to not close myself off. Add more emotion to my lines, and try not to focus so much on remembering my lines but actually living through my lines! Overall, not too bad, proud of everyone!!
anyways I'm in rehearsal rn and the off-book deadline is encroaching on us like the November frost!! but tell me why the director told us to go off-book rn and I'm the one who has the first few lines so I struggled through the first half of scene 1 and then exited... THEN EVERYONE PICKED UP THEIR SCRIPTS AGAIN LOL
